We have set the training completion record to “expired" for anyone who took the training before February 2024.

‍If you completed the training after February 2024, you won’t need to retake it until the next academic year (2025-2026). However, we highly recommend that everyone take the updated training, which will be assigned to all VSO officers on Axess within the next business day. The training covers how to navigate new UI updates for payment request submissions, which are being published on a rolling basis in the coming days.

If you choose not to retake the training, you can simply drop it from your assigned training on Axess STARS.
